Courtney is a dedicated educator and advocate who serves as a teacher by profession and a community leader by passion. In her role in education, she is committed to shaping young minds, creating safe and supportive learning environments, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
Beyond the classroom, Courtney is the founder of Project UGLY and focused on increasing awareness, access, and support within underserved communities.
Through her work, she creates spaces for healing, education, and open dialogue around mental wellness.
